We have been reviewing a few new Advent laptops recently and they have all been pretty good and excellent value for money. We have now got our hands on the Advent 4311 Netbook and this little beauty is built to be mobile.  The Advent netbook is the perfect companion for people on the move. It allows you to stay online, browse files and stay in touch with family and friends.

This light weight netbook houses the easy to use Windows® XP operating system, which will allow you to access a wide range of applications, services and hardware in a familiar and easy way. It is often considered more reliable than the newer Vista and is certainly less power hungry which makes it ideal for conserving power from the battery.

It also comes with Intel’s newest and smallest ever processor (a processor usually reserved for expensive laptops), the Intel Atom. The Atom delivers the performance you need to surf the net on the move and run applications quickly. It also helps conserve battery life as it is extremely efficient. Additional features include a built in web cam, microphone and Blue tooth – these make the net book a joy to use on the move.

For £279.99 the Advent 4211 C net book packs in a lot of technology. It is extremely thin and light but still produces great performance and displays a great picture on its 10 inch screen.  You certainly get a lot for your money.
