The Angry birds seasons trend kicked off last October when the Halloween version of the game came to iOS and Android, when we got to December Rovio rolled out an ‘advent calendar’ version of the game with a new level each day on the run up to Christmas. It seems that the holiday spirit hasn’t disappeared as the team from Rovio is set to release a Valentines themed level pack in February.
The video reveals that “Rovio are currently working on new versions of their game, like this update in pink, due to come on the market on February the 14th – Valentine’s Day.
There are no further details on whether the Valentines addition will be included as standard in the current ‘seasons’ pack or which platforms it will run on. We think it is safe to assume that iOS and Android users will be firing ‘love birds’ one way or another, whether they will have to pay extra for the privilege remains to be seen.
