After releasing a free update to Street Fighter 4: Volt, Capcom has released two classic games on the Apple App Store. Now, classic gamers can relive some of the old coin-operated games with Final Fight and the classic Street Fighter 2 for iOS.

Final Fight, which was included in the Capcom Arcade app that was released earlier this year, is a side scrolling beat-’em-up game originally launched in 1989. In the game, the player takes on on of the three characters who must rescue a woman from a street gang. The Final Fight app is pretty much similar to the one included in Capcom Arcade, but it does run a little smoother and it sports different looking buttons. The version of the Final Fight app is normally available for $2.99, but Capcom has put it on sale for $0.99 until September 21.

The second game in the release is the Street Fighter Collection. The collection features all variations of the game, including the original Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting and Street Fighter II: Championship Edition. The game runs noticeably better than the older release since it features new control options. The game now has three Special buttons, with each button dedicated to a weak, medium and heavy attack.

In the Street Fighter II Collection app, players can display all three Special buttons and the six attack buttons at the same time. The previous Capcom Arcade app did not enable players to display the six attack buttons if they use the Special button layout. Players also have the option to remove the Special buttons if that’s what they prefer. The Street Fighter II Collection is available for $3.99.
