We have recently taken a look at the toughskin for the iPhone 4 and liked its simple but attractive design. We have been sent the new Toughskin for the Apple iPad which follows a similar path as the iPhone version (well the iPad does just look like a big iPhone).
The skin is made of a durable and flexible material that protects the back and sides of the iPad from scratches and minor knocks. The tough skin is just that, we carried it around in our bag for a few days with no signs of wear and tear on the skin and the snug fit kept the iPad itself scratch free and clean.
The Exspect iPad Tough skin case has been tailor made so it fits well whilst still keeping all buttons and the screen accessible without the need to remove the case. This is the beauty of the skin style case, however it does have one small problem as it does not protect the screen from scratches, finger prints or shocks.
This is not a unique problem though as there is not a case on the market that comes with a screen guard. You would have to buy one no matter what style case you have (well only if you want to keep the screen clean and scratch free).
The case is available in red or blue which certainly adds a little colour to your gadget life. You can buy the Exspect toughskin for the iPad for £9.99, a worthy investment if you want to keep your iPad looking good.
