There’s no doubt that the Microsoft Xbox Kinect has been a wild success story so far with one of the most popular titles being Kinectimals. The game encourages children, animal lovers and general gamers alike to play with and develop relationships with animals from all over the globe. Your surrogate pet responds to your commands, comes running when you call it and can be playful, loving and sometimes mischievous like real life animals.
It seems that Microsoft have made the switch from software to, err, cuddly ware with these new plush toys from Kinectimals. Although they do look cute and would probably serve as a good standard carry around toy you will be pleased to hear an added bonus has been included. The eagled eyed amongst you may have spotted an Mtag (Microsoft Tag) on the pictures below which can be scanned by the Kinect to unlock the plush toys character in the game.

The new toys include an endangered white Tiger, African Lion, Asiatic Cheetah, Bornean Clouded Leopard, Canadian Lynx, Sabre-Toothed Cat and Iberian Lynx. Each will cost £9.99 each or can be purchased as a bundle pack with the game for £44.99. All available today from Toys R Us.
These toys will sell like crazy! My kids are already asking me for them 🙂
