Rainbow Kids: The Smart Toothbrush for Kids

There are some things in life that are so blooming difficult to do that just giving up sometimes seem like the easiest choice by far. Getting the kids to brush their teeth every day is clearly one of those things that can cause a lot of frustration every day.

In that case, it could be good news for hassled parents that the CES 2015 show saw a brand new electric toothbrush for kids introduced to the world.

There´s an App That Goes With It

It is called Rainbow Kids and the target market consists of kids aged between 8 and 14 years old. The toothbrush works using a gyroscope and accelerator, while there is also a smartphone app that can be used to collect and share tooth brushing data.

The app works by telling the user of their parents which teeth they need to pay most attention to in order to complete the brushing well and keep all of the teeth clean and healthy.

To make the Rainbow Kids brush more attractive to youngsters there is also a game that should help the kids to brush their teeth more effectively as well add a bit more fun to this daily activity.

The product is made by a company called Vigilant and is just one of a string of health related products on display at this year´s CES event in Las Vegas. Among the other new gadgets to be shown off are smart toothbrushes like this but that are aimed at adults.
