The Smsung X360 is a bizarrely named laptop that has absolutely nothing, as far as we’re aware, to do with the Microsoft games console. It does, however, weigh in marginally lighter than the MacBook Air while offering some reasonable features. Obviously the biggest selling point is that it’s light enough to… do whatever it is you do with such light laptops. At a mere 2.8 pounds it beats Apple’s 3 pound monster in the weight game.
Powered by a Centrino 2 ULV Processor, designed for such petite forms. Solid State Drives come in a selection of either 64GB or 128GB, while you can alternatively plump for the 120GB hard drive instead if you’re not yet won over by SSD.
Integrated graphics is good, while the exclusion of an optical drive is bad (although presumably that saves a considerable amount of weight). The 7-in-1 card reader, three USB ports, LAN, VGA, HDMI, and PCI Express Card slot ensure that there is adequate connectivity to make up for it in most instances. You can also connect using the obligatory bluetooth and WiFi connections and a built in 1.3 megapixel camera is included presumably to save weight on emails.
