It seems that the head scratching issues Apple encountered with the illusive white iPhone 4 hasn’t put them off designing and indeed releasing the iPad 2 in the brightest of bright colours – white. 9to5 mac has managed to get their hands on both a black and white iPad 2 digitizer/thick bezel – that’s the front of the device in laymen’s terms.
It seems iFixYouri sent in the images which reportedly fit the screen protectors that we featured and indeed questioned a couple of weeks ago – shame on us it seems! The bezels feature neat cut outs for the famous round home button and a smaller circular hole at the top for the front ‘facetime’ camera.
The media event on March 2nd is hotly tipped to unveil the iPad 2 but we’d bet our last penny that this won’t be the last snippet to be ‘leaked’ before the official unveiling. Another leaked photo from BGR today showed the back of the second gen device, sadly this turned out to be a ‘mock up’ produced by an avid Apple fan. They did say there is still a good chance that the iPad 2 could look like this – we just hope that awful black strip is not apparent on the actual tablet!
So not long to wait now, Apple fans will be happy and we are sure neutrals and Android fans will be equally pleased to get the launch out of the way.
Does a white iPad sound like a good thing to you?

Battery life is what really matters and should be improved instead of colors and screen sizes, I suggest Steve to integrate wireless power
