A few days ago the blogosphere was buzzing with news that Kinect Porn would land before the year is out and it seems there was actually truth in the rumours as today it has actually appeared. Obviously it’s a hack and not an official game but does fully use the Kinect movement interface to control, well the users actions.

The adult themed game has been released by ThriXXX who is well known in the inner circles of the adult industry for making 3D adult games. This one has obviously breached a boundary that none of their other games have. The games developers said “The Kinect interface provides another exciting interface option for users of the sex simulation software to control the experience in extraordinary new ways!”

The statement revealed that the hack has been developed to work with home pc’s, in particular on Windows 7. This game features activities that require users to use gestures to perform actions, it’s all rather odd and is due to get more in depth in 2011. Thrixxx say that future releases will allow”use full body or hand gestures, voice commands and even real world sex toy objects like vibrators to control interactions in-game and between two active participants.”

Combine the above with advances in 3D technology and clearly boundaries have been crossed, is this a step to far and what on earth will Microsoft make of all this?
