Apple iPad FlexiShield Skin Case Review

Over the last few months iPad fever has gripped the world and now that it is finally here people are looking for the ideal case to protect their investment in the Apple iPad. Over the past few days we have been sent a variety of iPad cases to review including the apple ipad case.

Today we recieved the Flexishield skin for the Apple iPad from the guys at mobile fun.

We were sent the clear version of the Apple iPad flexi shield to test out which also comes in a variety of colours including black, blue and pink. The flexishield is made from a gel like material which is more durable than rubber and provides more grip that silicone, the flexishield does not add a lot to the thickness of the iPad and actually makes it easier to carry due to the extra grip.

The main benefit of a skin style case is that is allows full access and function to your iPad. The flexishield is specifically designed for the Apple iPad and provides easy access to all ports and buttons and either a blessing or a curse you can still see the ipad when the case is on.

The only problem with the flexi shield is that it does not protect the screen of the iPad. However there are not many cases that do and you are much better off putting on a dedicated screen guard anyway because they can be easily changed and cleaned separate to the case or skin.

The Flexishield for the Apple iPad is available at the very reasonable price of £9.95 from the mobile fun website. They also carry a huge range of accessories which we will be reviewing in the very near future.

As always if you have any questions or comments on the Flexishield please feel free to add them below this post.
