Asus is getting a bit of a reputation for producing interesting tablets, their Transformer model has repeatedly sold out since launching in April and now they plan to bring out a full fat tablet. The Eee Pad MeMO tablet may not come with a snazzy detachable keyboard but will run the tablet centric Honeycomb operating system and will come with a 3D display.

A video has been leaked by Engadget, along with specs and boy does it look good. The Eee Pad MeMo will come with a dual-core 1.2 Ghz processor, 1GB of Ram and dual cameras. The front facing 1.2mp camera will be ideal for video calls whilst the rear 5mp camera will be HD ready with led flash. Owners will also be able to spec up their MeMo with a precision stylus which works with the inbuilt handwriting recognition software.

It will also come with a bluetooth MeMIC, a Bluetooth headset for wireless streaming of music and on the go voice calls. At this stage the release date and price point for the MeMo remains unknown but we are certain buyers will be scrabbling to get their hands on one.

Could this be the hottest Android tablet so far?
