Autumn has always been the biggest season for video game releases, and 2011 is no exception. With lots of good games coming out, it is impossible to choose just one. However, there is only one game that should be on everybody’s list: Batman: Arkham City.
Now, Warner Bros. Interactive and Microsoft have teamed up to give fans the Xbox 360 S Batman: Arkham City Bundle. The Xbox 360 Arkham City Bundle will only be available in Europe.
The Batman: Arkham City has become one of the most anticipated games this year, and its release will be so big, people are willing to buy a new console just to play it. This is why Microsoft is bundling the Arkham City with a 250 GB Xbox 360, which is scheduled to be launched in Europe next month.
The Arkham City Xbox 360 bundle, which will hit the shelves on October 21, will cost 279.99 Euros. North American gamers may not be getting the limited edition bundle, but at least they will be getting the game three days earlier.
The existence of the Arkham City Xbox 360 bundle came to light thanks to amazon.de, where the package was listed for pre-order. Microsoft is planning to bundle a number of games for the Xbox 360, but unlike the customized consoles for Gears of War 3 and Halo: Reach, or the upcoming Kinect Star Wars and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 bundles, the console included is the standard matte black Xbox 360 console. Unfortunately, Microsoft will not be including custom graphics and Batman-themed sound effects in the bundle.
