Audio company Bowers & Wilkins unveiled its first in-ear headphones with the launch of the C5. Using loops created from its cables, the C5 in-ear headphones are designed to hook over your ears to keep them in place even when you jump around.

The Bowers & Wilkins C5 in-ear headphones also utilize noise-isolating technology, which provides natural acoustics. The company said that the headphone’s design helps eliminate the noise bleed effect, which is common with other in-ear headphones. The company also said that “high-mass material is located closer to the user’s ear, which gives an improved seal for better sound and noise isolation.”

The audio firm has been known for its high-end products and its high prices. The Bowers & Wilkins P5, an over-the ear headphones, has a price tag of £190. With that, the C5 in-ear headphones are more affordable, with a price of £150.

The company did not announce the exact specifications of the product. Instead, they included colorfully named features like Secure Loop and Micro Porous Filter. The Micro Porous Filter is another name for the noise isolating surround on the tip of the earbud.

The C5 is also fitted with a microphone, MFI remote and it also supports the Apple iPhone. According to Bowers & Wilkins, the C5 in-ear headphones will be launched in August this year.

Bowers & Wilkins, founded by John Bowers, is an audio company that provides high-end reference monitor speakers to big recording studios like the highly popular Abbey Road Studios.
