Nintendo 3DS Games Site Launched By Ubisoft

Nintendo will release their hotly anticipated 3DS on Friday 25th March and in preparation developer Ubisoft has unveiled a dedicated website to showcase the different games that will be available on the 3DS.

Interestingly the site is available to view in both 2D and 3D, the same as the 3DS – granted not true 3D but a good effort all the same. Users can browse the latest titles from the homepage and click through to see them in more detail. You can view a blurb, release date, screenshots, case art and even pre-order titles directly from the site.

When the 3DS launches a number of titles will be available including Splinter Cell 3D, Driver Renegade, Rayman, Rabbids and Tom Clancey’s Ghost Recon – all of which look great.

The ground breaking console uses parallax technology that allows users to experience 3D without the use of glasses. The RRP for the 3DS has already been slashed from £220 to £187 by retailers including Amazon.co.uk who are offering free delivery on all pre-orders.

Are you looking forward to the Nintendo 3DS? Which games look good to you?

I'm really excited for the ocarina of time 3ds remake and Mario Kart 3ds. I can't wait to play those two games.

I might wait a while because the launch titles aren't as strong as the earlier ds. I won't get 3ds until Zelda 3ds, Mario Kart 3ds, or Super Mario 3ds get released. So I might have to wait a month until I pick my nintendo 3ds.

Mario Kart will be worth the wait 🙂

Definitely the Resident Evil revelation title, Mario Karts and Zelda Ocarina of Time. Was kind of hoping for some more impressive RPG titles as the enhanced graphic capabilities and the introduction of the circle pad could really work well for titles along the lines of Fable, Oblivion, etc. But I guess that would be relying more heavily on third party developers to recognise the potential.

Resident Evil will look awesome in 3D and it does seem a lot of people will hold out for Zelda
