For those who don’t want to be bothered by people and don’t want to change their phone numbers, Ringcentral has a new service just for you.
RingCentral has just released the RingShuffle, a new cloud service that promises to give stalkers a hard time. The service gives you a temporary phone number that redirect to any phone for free.
The RingShuffle service is currently in its beta phase, and is only available for the first 10,000 users who register through its website, iPhone app or Facebook.
Each RingShuffle number lasts for up to seven days, with an option to extend it to 14 days. This app is tailored for those who aren’t comfortable giving out their phone numbers or for those who want to use it briefly for like, first dates or online transactions.
The RingShuffle feature is very similar to Craigslist’s “anonymize” feature that conceals a user’s email address. Now, with this service, you can now give out your temporary mobile number freely.
