With the media frenzy surrounding this years Royal wedding between Kate Middleton and William Windsor we wondered before gadget providers would begin producing items to commemorate the occasion. Today we received word that Proporta have manufactured a Union Jack styled leather pouch for the iPhone 4 and 3GS and a number of other smartphones.
Although this wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea it certainly beats an ugly coaster or mug that usually befits such occasions. The pouch is made of high grade leather with a very patriotic Union Jack design on the front, on the back there is even a slot for business cards, credit cards, train tickets or if you so wish a photo of the happy couple (whatever floats your boat really).
Proporta say that the pouch has an internal dimensions of 68 x 120 x 10mm meaning it will fit the HTC Desire, Wildfire and Mozart as well as the iPhone 3G, 3GS and iPhone 4.
So the first Royal Marriage themed gadget accessory (well it’s patriotic at least), we wonder whether there will be any more before the big day.
